Alvin Diaz, New York's Youngest Murderer, Is 14
Alvin Diaz, a 14-year-old kid from the Bronx, just turned himself in for murder after fatally stabbing 18-year-old Dereck Cabejas in the chest on Saturday because of a water fight two days prior. Yes, a water fight. The two boys and Diaz's brother's playfighting on Thursday reportedly turned into real, serious fighting on Friday, when Cabejas slapped Diaz. Diaz returned on Saturday after midnight to Cabejas' apartment building on Audubon Avenue and stabbed the boy. Cabejas was pronounced dead at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital.
According to the Daily News, on his Facebook page Diaz asked his friends to come visit him in prison before turning himself in yesterday. Someone else responded to the post, "What you did was wrong, but you learn from it." We couldn't find Diaz's Facebook profile -- we're guessing it's been taken down.

Jessica Callaway, 21, has been charged with child abuse and is also accused of beating her 10-month-old daughter because she would not stop crying and threatening to kick her in the mouth.
Callaway told police she carried out the alleged abuse because she was having a 'bad day' and had trouble picking an outfit to wear for a night out...crazy.

Hackers Can Use The Heat From Your Fingertips To Steal Your Money
The secret codes typed in by banking customers can be recorded using the residual heat left behind on the keypad, says a group of researchers from the University of California at San Diego.
The group’s paper, presented earlier this month at the USENIX Workshop on Offensive Technologies, shows that a digital infrared camera can read the digits of a customer’s PIN number on the keypad more than 80 percent of the time if used immediately. And if the camera is used a minute later, says Keaton Mowery, a doctoral student in computer science at UCSD, it can still detect the correct digits about half the time.
The camera they used costs $18,000 so not any old Joe will be doing this, but still….. LifeFiles
Lifeline Manicure Done By @Wife_Of_Prosice
This Lifeline manicure is one of my favs. It was my first time doing it. For this I used Essie's 'Sew Psyched' and Sephora OPI's 'I'm Wired'. I'm lovin these two colors together. I just simply painted all of my nails with 'Sew Psyched'. Once they dried, I use 'I'm Wired' for the thin lines. In order to do the thin lines you can use a toothpick, bobby pin or a thin brush polish. Just be creative with how the lines go up and down. Be sure to try and match up the lines. Just have fun with it. I sure did!
