How To Hack Video Screens On Time Square

the way it works is pretty simple: plug in my transmitter into the iphone 4 and play back any video clip. you can play it through the ipod feature or through the camera roll. the transmitter instantly sends the video signal to the video repeater and the video repeater overrides any video screen that it's being held next to. it doesn't matter what shape or size the hacked screen is because the hack video will simply keep its correct dimensions and the rest of the hacked space will stay black.

i chose times square for my demo because it has lots of video screens to try it on. it is also one of the most monitored and secured areas in new york city and that made it that much more fun :). you can see in my video that the repeater is pretty powerful but the signal is not very stable yet. i'm working on that. siiiiiiiiiiiiiiick.

Biggie's "Ready To Die" Baby Finally Discovered

If you've been wondering who the baby on the cover of Biggie's 1994 debut album Ready to Die was, we finally have the answer (and no it was not B.I.G). After 17 years, the baby covering one of hip-hop's greatest albums ever created is 18-year-old Bronx native Keithroy Yearwood. The New York Daily News spoke with the teen who mentioned bragging to people that he was in fact the kid on the album's artwork but no one would believe him. His mother dug up baby pictures of young Keithroy to prove to the Daily News that he was indeed the afro-haired kid on the classic cover. Rap mystery: Solved.

AT&T To Buy T-Mobile And What It Could Mean For Customers

NEW YORK -- AT&T Inc. has agreed to buy T-Mobile USA for $39 billion, but the deal isn't set to close until a year from now, and it will likely face tough regulatory scrutiny. Here's what a completed deal could mean for customers:

- Bigger choice of phones for T-Mobile subscribers. T-Mobile, as a much smaller carrier than AT&T, doesn't get as many exclusives on top-line phones, and it doesn't have the iPhone. This won't be a big benefit to T-Mobile subscribers who don't have contracts - if they want the iPhone today, they can sign up with AT&T or Verizon Wireless. But subscribers under contract would find it easier to upgrade to an iPhone.
