Here are three useful beauty tricks we've posted here during summers past.
1. Nix those darned bikini bumps.
With all the time you spent shopping for the perfect, flattering swimsuit, the last thing you need is a bunch of icky red bumps competing for attention. To help prevent them, shave super, super slowly, and always move your razor in the same direction as the hair growth.
2. Shed that winter moisturizer.
Lots of us just use the same face moisturizer year-round, but switching things up from June through August can really boost your summer beauty routine (and keep you from feeling smothered or greasy). Try a mattifying formula to help fight shine, or a tinted moisturizer to make you feel glowy. Whatever you choose, make sure it has SPF, of course.
3. Keep greasy or frizzy bangs in line.
A spritz or two of dry shampoo will help keep bangs from sopping up forehead grease so fast. If frizz is your issue, stash one of those adorable mini flat irons in your desk at work so you can touch your bangs up before heading out for dinner or drinks.
