Snoop Dogg is pitching TV networks on an “American Idol”-style program that would search for the next hip hop star. Oxygen, Bravo and NBC aren’t interested but E! and MTV are showing some interest. Snoop says his dream panel of judges would include an old-school legend and Jay-Z.
