The 33 year old woman says the 35-year-old man knowingly exposed her to a sexually transmitted disease.
The lawsuit says the man and woman were each married to other people when they began flirting in 2009. The woman says the two spent a day together in January 2010. He hit it in the back of his pickup truck.
The young man says she’s lying and wants her to check out the other guys she allegedly has been creeping with too..but she says she only slept with him and her hubby.
The woman says her husband has been reluctant to have sex since telling him she had herpes. She’s suing for $350k! via BMS
