Shaq Says Kobe Bryant Is 'Greatest Laker Of All Time'

Shaquille O’Neal will go down in NBA history as one of the greatest players of all-time with four NBA titles and numerous individual awards to his credit. Along with all his accolades during his NBA career, Shaq has been very vocal about his head coaches and teammates with both positive and negative comments over the years.

Recently, Shaq came out with another tell-all book about his career in the league and bashed a few former and current people in the Los Angeles Lakers organization. Of course, the one person that Shaq criticized that made the most headlines was Kobe Bryant. With Kobe and Shaq having a feud that goes all the way back to the beginning of the last decade, the Big AARP criticizing his former teammate wasn’t a surprise to most people as it was expected.

Shortly after the release of the book Shaq Uncut: My Story which directed more criticism towards Kobe, Shaq came out on Monday in an interview on KTLA and said the following about the five-time NBA champion on :

“Based on what he’s done, he’s probably the greatest Laker of all time. If he gets another championship, he’ll tie with Kareem. That will put him up there.”

Shocked? Definitely!

It seems as though Shaq has completely changed his stance on Kobe Bryant and is finally starting to give his former teammate some much-needed praise for what he has done with the Los Angeles Lakers. Whether or not this continues to be Shaq’s stance with Kobe remains to be seen, but it is nice to see the Big Aristotle giving some love to his former partner in crime. Examiner
