Jay-Z and 'Ye's ‘Niggas In Paris’ rose from #15 to #8 on Billboard's Hot 100 this week thus giving the pair their first top 10 hit from 'Watch The Throne'. With this rise, Jay-Z has become the rapper with the most songs in Top 10 History, giving him 18 which beats out Lil Wayne and Ludacris’ earlier records of 17. Kanye is now up to 14.
