Continuing, Alling said T-Mobile does not want to sign a deal similar to the one Sprint signed with its four year $15.5 billion deal with Apple. Sprint began selling the iPhone in late 2011, but claims that due to the high subsidies it must pay Apple, the iPhone won’t turn a profit for them until 2015.
T-Mobile is the only major carrier in the U.S. that doesn’t carry the iPhone, and it doesn’t look like they’ll be selling it any time soon. mactrast
