NYC Health Dept. Cracking Down On Hookah Bars

According to Gothamist the city is in fact cracking down on all the Hookah smoke which goes against the 2002 Smoke-Free Air Act, which prohibits smoking in bars and restaurants. Here is a list of the spots they are looking to shutdown asap,

  • Cloister Café, 238 East 9th Street, Manhattan
  • Kazuza, 107 Avenue A, Manhattan
  • Fayrooz Hookah Lounge and Bar, 28-08 Steinway Street, Queens
