Eyeshadow On Your Lower Lids

Check out Natasha Bedingfield's lower lids.

So how is this different then just lining your lids with a pencil? Well, if you do just the shadow by itself you eliminate the worries that come with liner—namely that it can look harsh even make your eyes look smaller, depending on your peeper shape and size (especially if you wear it on your inner rims). And if you use it not in place of liner but to amp up a line of it, you get extra smokiness. In fact, I highly recommend using this one-two punch for your next kohl-rimmed look.

All you have to do is use a small-headed shadow brush and dust just at the base of your bottom lashes. Pretty foolproof. For more info check out www.glamour.com
