1. Don't apply your eyeliner all the way to your inner corners–it tends to make eyes look smaller. If you just trace along the outer 2/3 of your eye, you'll get a gorgeous, elongated shape.
2. For maximum impact, be sure to get the liner right onto the roots of your lashes. Move your pencil back and forth as you go to fill in all the gaps.
3. Apply your mascara with a fan brush instead of the wand to cover the base of your lashes. Basically, the more definition you have at your lash line, the more your eyes will stand out.
